Jasmine Brown | Co-Artistic Director

Jasmine Brown (Co-Artistic Director) is a writer, director, actor and producer. As one of the founding members of Between Us Productions, she has been producing theatre in NYC since 2012. Favorite original works include: Sweet Prince (Manhattan Repertory Theatre's Winterfest), Orion (Signature Theatre), Ben and Rick are Dating (original screenplay, winner of the Westfield Screenwriting Awards), Uprising (Co-written with Samantha Lee Manas for Between Us Productions) and Three Bites from the Underworld (Between Us Productions). Most recently, Jasmine was the co-creator of My Parallel Life, a radio drama/podcast that she co-wrote/directed/produced and acted in with comics writer Vera Greentea.  Jasmine has a BFA in Dramatic Writing from SUNY Purchase, works in education during the day and spends most nights binge watching premium TV with her husband, Rajiv and cat, Asuna.

Samantha Lee Manas | Co-Artistic Director

Samantha Lee Manas has directed several plays in New York City including:, Marisol (the Secret Theater), Measure for Measure (the Access Theater) , St. Patrick Battles the Bearded Serpent (Roy Arias Stage II), Sweet Prince (Manhattan Repertory Theater), Bromance (Strawberry Festival), Strangers in the Night (Underground Theater Festival), Orion (Where Eagles Dare), Invasion of the Parasites: An Inadvertant Allegory (Margerie S. Deane Little Theater), Rodwarts World (Strawberry Festival), and many more. She is the winner of best director at the Underground Theater Festival and a two time nominee for best director at the Strawberry One Act Festival. She has also assistant directed with the Kaos Theater in England, where she worked on Richard III.  She is also a playwright.  Inalienable Rights received a full production and Pushing 40 has received a reading. She received her BFA in stage management from SUNY Purchase College’s Conservatory of Theater Arts and Film.

Graydon Gund | Associate Artistic Director

Is a recent graduate of Skidmore College where he directed productions of Dustin Lance Black's 8 and Jason Robert Brown's The Last Five Years and Songs for a New World. New York directing credits include Border Sweet Border (Bedlam Ensemble), Gastroenteritis on the F Train, and Alaska in the Summertime (Manhattan Rep/ Panoramic Theater), and Maturity (Between Us Productions, where he serves as associate producer). Assistant directing credits include The Fig Leaves are Falling for UnsungMusicalsCo. And Flight18. Regionally Gund has staged productions at the Williamstown Theater Festival and assisted at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge.
